Membership

Please Join the Australian MPS Society

Membership in the Mucopolysaccharide & Related Diseases Society Aust. Ltd. is per calendar year and fees are due on 1st January each year.

Membership is in three classes:

Class of Membership Explanation Fees for 2008 including 10% GST in $AUD
Ordinary Membership

One adult or organisation

One voting right

 $27.50
Associate Membership

Two adults (from one family)

Two voting rights

$33.00
Corporate Membership One voting right $220.00
For the Asia/Pacific Region add Postage $11.00
For the Rest of the World add Postage $15.00

Membership entitles the member to receipt of the quarterly newsletter and all notices including our Society's annual report and notice of annual general meetings.

Membership also entitles the member to vote.

Please complete and print out the attached membership form, attach cheque or bank draft, payable in Australian dollars, or complete the credit card authorisation and post to the MPS Office as detailed below.  Please make your cheque or bank draft payable to Australian MPS Society.
