Area Family RepresentativesArea family representatives are people who are going through their own MPS experience. They are prepared to assist other families by providing support and information. Area families are a contact point for the Australian MPS Society. They may be able to help you with information in the form of booklets or articles and help you to locate professional support. They can provide a listening and supportive ear. They will try to help with any activities or functions the families may wish to organise. New Zealand contacts are also provided. Please remember, however, that area family representatives are human too and may find certain issues hard to deal with. Should this be the case, they will do their best to refer the family onto someone more suited to help. The Area Family Representatives for 2008
